When I complained to TKL about my friend's bag being trashed in just a few weeks, Kevin in their products development department responded
"I apologize for your disappointment, but I can assure you that our quality is top notch, with a less than 1/2 % return rate."
I love that he is reassuring me about their quality. Uh, yeah.
My replacement bag is evidently on it's way. I am not holding out much hope that it will be any better, though.
