Problem uploading MP3s

I can't upload MP3 files at the moment. After selecting the file and clicking "Add File...", the upload never completes. Browser (IE8) just sits there daying "Waiting for <URL>...". Even after waiting overnight, the upload does not complete. Anybody else seeing this?

I just tried again with Safari and had no problems. Previously, I used Win XP with IE6, IE8, and Firefox, none of which worked. It's possible that the problem was caused by the machine I used. I'd hold off with any investigations until the problem shows up again, if ever...
