Djembe Repair Tech Needed in Puerto Rico

Hey Djembefellas (and gals),

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy repair tech in Puerto Rico? I a spoke to nice djembefola from there that can't find anyone to rebuild a nice djmebe for him. He's thinking of shipping me the drum to the US, but there must be someone on his island qualified for the job.

The drum needs a fresh skin and new rope, so this would be a nice gig for someone.
