Have you seen Eike Kulessa's www.djembe-webshop.com (based in Berlin, ships to all EU)?
Also Jeremy Tomasck (TTMDA senior certified teacher in Belgium) makes top-level djembes, I think you can negotiate better price, if you buy a larger batch.

Thanks Korman. Some of the cheaper guinea djembes on the webshop arent to bad for beginners. Jeremy retails at about 400e last time I saw hime so I cant imagine he lets them go to cheap. I will ask him though.
